Obituary
Katie Ann Largent Hall Brinkman, 36, passed April 17, 2018 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Her services will be held on Friday, April 20th at 2pm at Moore Funeral Home Southlawn Chapel with public viewing on Thursday, April 19th from 2pm until 9pm.
Katie Ann was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on September 26, 1981 to David Largent and Sherry Fausset Largent. She graduated Edison High School in 2000 and continued her education earning her Licensed Practical Nurse's certification through Tulsa Technology Center. Over the next twelve years, Katie cared for the loved ones of a multitude of Oklahoma families as a Charge Nurse, Assistant Director of Nursing, and Wound Care Specialist. Katie mentored and trained many CNA's and LPN's in their clinical training. Katie enjoyed her family and was an enthusiastic mother, taking her children on many adventures and was very involved in her children's schools and sports. With Starbucks and phone in hand, she captured all of these adventures and special moments with her family on film through her love for photography. Katie was a natural at capturing beautiful moments behind the camera and enjoyed taking pictures for family and friends. Katie could take a joke unlike anyone else and had a laugh that would light up a room. She was kind, generous, with not one mean bone in her body. She will be missed. God must have needed a beautiful angel with her smile in Heaven.
Katie Ann is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Boyd and Louise Largent of Okemah, Ok, her maternal grandfather Larry C. Fausset of Tulsa, Ok, and has always held in her heart the loss of her daughter Gwen's unborn twin.
Katie Ann is survived by her husband, Anton Brinkman of Tulsa, Ok, her two children, Coltin Hall and Gwen Brinkman, her two step-children, Lexie and Abbie Brinkman, her parents, David and Sherry Largent of Tulsa, Ok, her sister, Cindy Largent-Williams and husband Mario Williams of Tulsa, Ok, her brother Jason Largent of Tulsa, Ok, her niece and nephews, Emma Williams, Oliver Largent, Champ Williams, and Fox Largent, and her aunts, uncles, and cousins who she loved and kept up with on Facebook.
