BAUTER, Mary Katherine (Kay), 91, passed away Thursday, September 25, 2014 in Muskogee, OK. Born July 8, 1923 in Onapa, OK to Lucious Clifford and Eva Druscilla Clark. She graduated high school in Barnsdall, OK. She married Wesley E. Bauter and they resided in Tulsa. She was active with First Christian Church Deaconess and Emeritas; member of Oaks Country Club; and member of Eastern Star.

Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Clem F. Starr, husband, George L. Marks, husband, Wesley Bauter; son, Frankie Wayne Starr; sister, Juanita Holloway; brother, Lucious Clifford Clark, III. Survived by Daughter, Sherri Zelnick of Muskogee, OK; four sons, Gary Marks of Houston, TX, Clark Marks of Oklahoma City, OK, Steve Bauter of Washington, and Bob Bauter of Tulsa, OK; grandchildren, Ginger Whorton, Tonya Carlin, Heather Ward, Doug Perry-Hunter, Lance Starr, Cliff Starr, Rick Starr, Gregory Marks, Alan Marks, Stephen Marks, Rachel Marks, Sonia Bartell, and Sean Marks; numerous great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Visitation will be 3-5 P.M., Sunday, September 28, 2014 at Moore's Southlawn. Service will be at 1:00 P.M., Monday, September 29, 2014, at First Christian Church-Tulsa. Pallbearers will be John Whorton, Darren Ward, Doug Perry Hunter, Jeremie Whorton, Hank Whorton, Bradley Smith, Sergio Gonzalez, and Eric Hess.
