Kay Lynne Osmond Hall, 56, passed peacefully on October 19, 2020 at Clarehouse in Tulsa, OK after a battle with lung and brain cancer. She was born on July 30, 1964 at the Deaconess Hospital in Oklahoma City, OK and was adopted by John Lee Osmond Jr. and Carolyn Sue (Blackburn) Osmond twenty one days later.
Kay graduated from Checotah High School, class of 1982. After graduation, she attended college and started her family. She enjoyed cooking, reading, collecting, and various crafts. She will be missed by many.
She is survived by husband, Jason Hall; children: Justin Godwin, Jenifer Butler and husband Joe, Jacob Hall, and Kaylin Hall; her mother, Carolyn Sue; brothers: John Lee Osmond III and wife, Izetta (Ike), William (Bill) Osmond and wife, DeRhonda; sisters: Judy Whisler and Donna Hill, and many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Kay was preceded in death by her father, John, and brother, Donny.
A small private graveside service is scheduled for Thursday, October 22, 2020 at Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Clarehouse in her memory.
