Cook, Keith Patrick, Sr., 68 of Tulsa passed away Tuesday, July 25th, 2017. He was born March 22nd, 1949 in San Diego, CA to James Everette and Eleanor Cook. He was a roofer and a member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church. He enjoyed fishing and was a member of D.A.V. Keith is survived by his wife of 11 years, Genevive Cook; his children, Sarah Slater and her husband Rick of Spokane, WA; Keith Cook, Jr. of Houston, TX; Matthew Cook and his wife Pamela of Coweta, OK; step son Jeff Galavon and his wife Jenny of Tulsa; 6 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; his brothers, Dennis Cook and his wife Gelia of Lakeside, CA; Steven Cook and his wife Bernie of LA, CA; Terry Cook an his wife Frankie of Lakeside, CA. He was preceded in death by his parents and his 1st wife Rheta Marilyn Cook.
