Obituary
KENDEL P. SHAFFER 59, passed away Tuesday, December 23, 2014 in Tulsa, OK.
Kendel was born to Junior Leon Shaffer and Addie (Baker) Shaffer on August 7, 1955 in
Indianola, Oklahoma.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Addie Shaffer; his father, Junior Leon Shaffer.
Two sisters, Betty Ruth Shaffer and Glenda Lee; and one nephew, James Stevens.
Kendel is survived by one brother, Gary Shaffer; two sisters, Anita Stevens and Wanda
Fritchie and husband, Jerry Fritchie. Six nieces and five nephews.
He was a long time resident of Tulsa, OK. He worked as a Janitor. He was a loving son,
brother, uncle and friend to many. He will be greatly missed by his family and many friends.
Funeral Service: 2:00 P. M., Monday, December 29, 2014 at the North Mt. Homa Pentecostal
Church in Indianola, Oklahoma with interment in the Indianola Cemetery in Indianola, OK.
With Reverend Darlene Romine officiating.
