Kenneth Daryl Hulsizer passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on April 16, 2014 after a very brief battle with cancer. Ken has now joined his daughter, Lyndsey who preceded him in death.

Ken was born to Gearld and Elizabeth Hulsizer on May 12, 1954 in Tulsa, Okla. He attended grade and high school in Tulsa before attending Oklahoma State University.
He worked for Mercury Marine for over 30 years in Stillwater, OK. He started as a tool and die apprentice and worked his way up to a Manufacturing Engineer. While working for Mercruiser he also taught tool and die at Meridian VoTech. After a short retirement, he became a contract consultant for ASCO Aerospace USA.
Ken had many passions in life, including coaching SYBA, watching his grandchildren play sports, boating, camping, fishing, or riding an ATV. Most of all his greatest passion was spending time with his family. He was well known for his intelligence and by his incredibly unique sense of humor.
Ken is survived by his loving wife, Teresa Hulsizer. He is also survived by his parents Gearld and Elizabeth Hulsizer of Tulsa; his brother Keith Hulsizer and his wife Dale Ann of Tulsa; his children, Derek Kummers and his wife Amber of Tulsa; Clint Hulsizer and his wife Holly of Oklahoma City; Jimmy Russell and his wife Nikki of Stillwater; Jeremy Russell and his fiance Nicole Griffith of Stillwater; Jesse Russell of Stillwater; and Stacy Russell of Stillwater. Surviving grandchildren include Kade, Beckem and Zaiven Hulsizer, Austin and Reese Russell, Jake Russell, Bentli July, and Baby Kummers.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
