BAKER, Kerby G., 54, passed away Thursday, October 26, 2017 in Tulsa, OK. Born July 5, 1963 in Tulsa, OK to Kenneth D. and Patricia A. (Grimes) Baker. Kerby was a graduate of Nathan Hale High School and also a graduate of Oklahoma State University. He was in Video and Film Production.
Preceded in death by his father, Kenneth D. Baker. He is survived by his mother, Patricia A. Baker of Glenpool, OK; brother, Kelly D. (Debbie) Baker of Jenks, OK; nephew, Casey Wood of Jenks, OK; niece, Kelsey (Beau) Graham of Tulsa, OK; great-nephew, Cooper Graham.
Family suggests in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made the Tulsa Chapter of the SPCA, 2910 Mohawk Blvd., Tulsa, OK 74110.
Private family services will be held. Moore's Southlawn 918-663-2233
