Kevin Blaine Barker was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, June 23, 1982. He passed away in New Orleans, Louisiana on September 6, 2026.

Kevin graduated as Salutatorian from Jenks High School and was involved in numerous activities and community service projects over the years. He was a life-long Learner. He was an Alumni of LSU-University of New Orleans, John Brown University, California State University East Bay, Oklahoma State University and the University of Washington. He was a brilliant young man and very few people knew, but a member of MENSA. He was an I.T. Specialist and operated his own company.

Kevin was a member of Kirk of the Hills Presbyterian Church, and had been very active in their mission work and youth group as a teenager. He enjoyed sharing his love for the Lord for those who would listen (and sometimes with those who wouldn't.) He adored his aunts, uncles and cousins and all the time he spent with them, especially talking about his beliefs. He always said his greatest desire, when meeting the Lord, was to hear, "Well done, good and faithful servant."

Kevin was proceeded in death by his father, Randy Barker, two brothers, Scott and Richard, paternal grandparents Ted Barker, Frank and Marie Veach and maternal grandparents, Vernon and Mary Walker. He is survived by his mother, Karen Barker, his brother Brent and wife Melissa, and nephew, Tyler all of Tulsa. He is also survived by numerous loving aunts, uncles and cousins.

A Celebration of Life for Kevin Blaine Barker will be held on Monday, September 14, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. at Moore Funeral Home Southlawn Chapel followed by a Graveside Committal at Memorial Park Cemetery.
