Larry Wayne Killion was born July 16, 1946 and passed away October 21, 2025 at the age of 79. He was born in Pryor Oklahoma and lived there until attending Northeastern Oklahoma State University for a degree in economics and political science followed by a degree from the University of Tulsa in finance and accounting then earning a Masters in Business Administration.

He met the love of his life Sharrie in college and spent 57 years happily married. Blessed with one son he and his family lived in Tulsa, Oklahoma for many years until given the opportunity to live in San Francisco, Atlanta, Houston, and Miami. He and his wife retired in 2012 moving to Cape Coral Florida. There he enjoyed life fully even as his rheumatoid arthritis progressed.

He loved golf, his classic car, his lifelong passion for investing in the stock market and a nice bottle of Chardonnay. In his life he was a private pilot, financial consultant, a do it yourselfer around the house and home barbecue grill master. He treasured his extended family and his lifelong friends.

He was predeceased by his son Richard, his mother Helen, his father, Loyd, and his sister Judy. He is survived by his wife, Sharrie and his many nieces, nephews and cousins. He loved Christmas and enjoyed being mistaken for Santa Claus.

Visitation will be from 12PM - 1PM, prior to the service. Funeral service will be 1PM, Friday, October 31, 2025 at Moore's Southlawn Chapel, 9350 East 51st Street, Tulsa, Oklahoma.
