Larry Orvall Parks, 74, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, passed away on January 15th, 2023 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on October 30th, 1948 to Lawerence O. Parks and Mary Ann Tuxhorn Parks.

Larry graduated from Webster High School and served in the National Guard then went to University of Tulsa and became a certified public accountant.

He and Carolyn attended First Baptist Church of Tulsa.
Some of Larry's hobbies included walking around old cemeteries, searching ancestry for family, Art and Museums.
