Laura Ann Brown, 76, of Owasso, OK, passed away Friday, February 22, 2019, in Tulsa, OK. She was born in Odessa, TX, on July 1, 1942, to Charles McLeland and Florence (Covey) McLeland. Laura was a homemaker and married to Floyd Brown. She is survived by her husband; son, Charlie Brown of Owasso, OK; daughter, Elizabeth Dougherty of Owasso, OK; 4 granddaughters; 1 grandson; 3 great-great granddaughters; brother, James McLeland of Gillette, WY; sister, Betty Payne of Yuma, AZ; and a lifetime of friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; and son, Joel Brown. Laura will be greatly missed in the days ahead, but her spirit and memories will live on within each of us, because we were privileged to have her in our lives.
