Lillian Alaine Parks Vaughn was born December 28, 1925 in Vinita, Ok and passed away October 5, 2018 in Tulsa. She was the 7th child of John and Sara Josephine Hicks Parks and granddaughter of John and Belvia Redburn Hicks and John and Mollie Prather Parks-early settlers of Vinita.

Preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Howard, her parents, grandparents, 5 brothers and one sister. She is survived by daughter Trudy Vaughn ok Tulsa, brother Lewis R Parks of Odessa TX, numerous nieces and cousins, kitty-Travis, and friends from the Broadmoor. Thanks to Emerald Hospice for their special care.

She moved to Tulsa with her sister in 1945 while her husband served in WWII. She was a housewife and mother and caretaker for a couple of dogs and several cats that showed up at her door.
