Linda Carol Smith was born on February 23,1948 to John Clark and Wanda (Willis) Clark in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. She departed this life January 22, 2024 in her hometown of Tulsa. She was 75 years of age.

Linda grew up in Tulsa, one of 13 children. She enjoyed spending time with her brothers and sisters at many family reunions, holidays and birthdays.

She married Robert (Bob) Smith September 9, 1984 and they were married over 30 happy years. Together they enjoyed traveling to Tunica and Reno. Bob loved driving and they would stop along the way to collect Coca Cola memorabilia, Elvis, Barbie's, Fenton, depression glass, coins and much more.

Linda worked for WalMart for 30 plus years in many different positions, including department manager, until her retirement. For the past five years she loved working for her niece, Sueanne, liquidating estates and staging homes for her real estate investment company.


Linda and her best friend Sharon were always looking for treasures at garage and estate sales. She had a booth at Jade in Broken Arrow where she enjoyed working open houses and special events.

Linda was a diehard OU football fan and loved watching the games on television. Boomer Sooner! She will be greatly missed by all her familiy and dear friends.

Linda leaves behind her daughter, Carolynn Hargrove and husband,Darrin; daughter, Marsha Eakin and husband, Chris; grandchildren: Josh Carter and wife, Mercedes; Katelyn Williams and husband Keifer; Felecia Smith and husband Bradley; Chase Hargrove; James Eakin,and Justin Eakin and six great grandchildren and her siblings: Shirley Boggs, Phillip Clark, Doug Clark, Lorie Donegan, Ormand Merceri and Wendy Downey.

She was preceded in death by her husband Robert Smith, her parents and siblings: JD Clark, Charlotte Rogers, Michael Clark, Mark Clark, Matthew Clark, Debbie Munkirs, and infant Mary Frances.

Viewing will be 5PM - 9PM, Wednesday, January 24, 2024 at Moore's Southlawn Chapel. Funeral Service will be 1:00 P.M., Thursday, January 25, 2024 at Moore's Southlawn Chapel, 9350 E. 51st, Tulsa, OK. Moore's Southlawn 918-663-2233
