Linly Paul (Lynn) Lee was born November 4th, 1939, to Paul and Florene Townsend Lee in Depew, Oklahoma. He departed this life in Tulsa, Oklahoma, on February 17th, 2024, at the age of 84 years.
Lynn was raised in Depew and attended Depew Public Schools. Afterward, he joined the Air Force. He served in France, Vietnam and Okinawa, where he was very active in the Masonic Lodge. Lynn retired from the Air Force at the SAC Headquarters in Omaha, Nebraska, after proudly serving twenty years. He then returned to Bristow, Oklahoma, and was employed at Sheffield Steel in Sand Springs, Oklahoma. After retirement from Sheffield, Lynn lived in Tulsa the remainder of his life, spending the last few months happy and content at Prairie Rose Senior Living.
Lynn is survived by his three children: Sharon Vallance of Zellwood, Florida, Shirley Baker of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and James Lee of Jenks, Oklahoma; seven grandchildren and many great grandchildren. He is also survived by four sisters: Joanne Thompson of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Kathy Shaw of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Debbie Schultz of Gresham, Oregon, and Judy Lee; two brothers: Larry Lee of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Bobby Lee; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Lynn was preceded in death by his father, mother and two sisters: Donna Holland and Paulette Lee.
Lynn enjoyed snow skiing, boating, spending time at the lake cabin, target practicing and traveling.
