Frances LoAnn Howard, "Dink," died peacefully in Owasso, Oklahoma at the age of 75.

LoAnn is survived by her children, Steven Mann, and his wife Amy Mann of Pearland, Texas, and Kevin Mann and his wife Sarah Mann, of Owasso, Oklahoma, and her grandchildren Elizabeth and Braden Mann of Pearland, Texas. She is preceded in death by her second husband, Ray Mann and their daughter Sheila Rhae Mann. She is also preceded in death by her third husband Mark Howard.

LoAnn was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Wayne H. King and Loretta A. Farrar. She graduated from Bristow High School in 1960. Following graduation LoAnn began what would become a 40-year career in the banking industry. Her first banking job was in Bristow, Oklahoma. She went on to work with banks in both Tulsa and Muskogee, Oklahoma as well. In each of these communities, LoAnn enjoyed fellowship with her church family; most recently Heatherridge Baptist Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

LoAnn loved many things, but most of all she loved her boys. She did everything she could to provide for them. She worked all day then always managed to come home at night to fix the family dinner. This extended beyond just her two boys though. Friends were always welcome around the breakfast and dinner table. She's remembered by many for her famous "LoAnn Mann Breakfast" which included enough breakfast items to feed the neighborhood.

LoAnn loved to bake and even had an award-winning frosting recipe. She cherished her time in the kitchen with Elizabeth teaching her how to bake. Watching professional tennis was a passion of hers - she never missed a minute of Wimbledon. She was so excited for Braden when he took up the sport � she bought him his first racquet and loved hearing about his playing of the game.
