Lois Alma Armstrong's Obituary
Lois Alma Armstrong, 98, passed away Monday, September 5, 2016 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was born to Joseph and Estelle Minerva (Hopkins) Taffner on March 27, 1918 in Jasper County, Missouri. She lived in the Fairland area all of her life.
Lois was preceded in death by husband, Golden Jacob Armstrong; daughter Ruth Ann Ellis; brothers, Everett, Joseph and Leslie Taffner; sisters, Irene, Marjory, Velma and Olive.
She is survived by son, Keith G. Armstrong; daughter Marta Alana Highley; 14 grandchildren, 32 Great and Great-Great grandchildren.
Lois will be greatly missed by her family and many friends.
Graveside service will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, September 10, 2016 at Hickory Grove Cemetery in Grove, Oklahoma.
