Obituary

Lois Leora Carnes Willsey, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, was welcomed into the Kingdom of Heaven on October 25, 2016. Lois was born January 1, 1922 in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma to Lillian and Floyd Carnes. She graduated from Central High School, Class of 1940. She married her loving husband, Edward R. Willsey, April 16, 1942, while Ed was serving his country during
World War Il.

Lois was preceded in death by husband, parents, and siblings. Lois is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Claudia and Stephen Milligan, granddaughters Shannon and Erin Milligan, and many loving nieces and nephews.

Lois' love for her God and family were foremost in her life. She devoted 13 years as a volunteer in her church nursery. She and her late husband Ed were sponsors of the Methodist Youth Fellowship at St. Paul's Methodist Church, Tulsa, Oklahoma, for a number of years. She also served her church as secretary of Campus Ministry. Lois was a devoted homemaker and seamstress extraordinaire. She loved gardening and raising flowers.

Services are scheduled to be held at Moore's Southlawn Chapel, 9350 E. 51st, Tulsa, OK on October 31, 2016, at 10:00 am.
