Lois Mildred Winkle, 97 of Oologah, Ok passed from this life into eternal life on Monday, May 29th, 2023 in her home. Lois was a long time resident of Tulsa until she moved to Oologah to be close to her son.
Lois was born on October 4, 1925 to Martin and Blanch Beck in Arkansas and had (8) siblings.
She was passionate about Gardening, Flowers and going to Garage Sales. She was a fan of Bob Wills and Country Music. She worked many years at the Historical Pancake Place on Route 66 as a waitress until retirement. She was very patriotic and hung the flag on her front porch every Flag Holiday. This was a special time for her passing, on Memorial Day.
Lois is survived by her son Johnny and wife Judy; Daughter Sandy Snow and Sister Deanie Norris and husband Chester.
Lois was preceded in death by her sister's: Juanita and Hazel and brother's: Martin (Junior), Clarence (Buster); Bill, Don and Bobby.
Please join us celebrating her life on Thursday June 1st. at 10:00 am at Oologah Assembly of God, 13462 US 169, Oologah, OK 74053, the interment will follow at Ridgelawn Cemetery, Collinsville, OK.
In her last will and testament she said:
"I have lived a long and happy life, don't grieve for me, just be happy"
