Lorraine Inez Fisk Purser born September 11, 1921 passed away on January 3, 2017. Lorraine was born in Jenks, Oklahoma to Geneva and Glen Fisk.
She is survived by one sister Bonnie Fisk Konkel and is preceded in death by a brother, Roy Fisk. On August 28, 1938 Lorraine married Charles Austin Purser, Jr. who passed away in 1993. Lorraine has two children, Charles Allen Purser and wife Kathy and Cathleen Ann Purser Wilkins and husband Steve. She is survived by five grandchildren Craig Purser and wife Gretchen, Michelle Whitaker and husband, Scott, Lindsey Brady and husband Jonathan, Stephanie Taperek and husband Kyle, Scott Wilkins and wife Morgan, eleven great- grandchildren, Cole, Vivion and Charlie Purser, Samuel, Eva, and John Whitaker, Jackson, Ryan and Jake Brady, Lilianna and Nathaniel Taperek all of whom she loved dearly.
Lorraine lived most of her life in her beloved Oklahoma, but spent time traveling with Charles during WWII, then lived in Indiana, Illinois and finally in North Carolina. Lorraine attended Skelly Drive Baptist Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma for years and enjoyed sewing and crafts, but mostly was devoted to her family. Mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, friend, Lorraine Inez Purser, will be greatly missed by all who knew her and gained from her shared love and faith.
Graveside service will be 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at Memorial Park Cemetery, 5111 S. Memorial Drive, Tulsa, OK. Moore's Southlawn 918-663-2233
