Louann Foor was born on August 10, 1956 in Tulsa to Jean Booth Foor and Wade D. Foor, Jr. She graduated from Memorial High School and attended Oklahoma State University. Louann loved her family, friends, laughter and good food. She had a fondness for all animals, often taking in strays. Her life long passion was horses. Louann was predeceased by her parents: she is survived by an aunt, Mary Ann Finnecy, siblings Wade Foor, III, Denise Cole and her children Stormy, David (Sarah) and Justin, Arnold Eddings (Sarah), and Carol Foor, many wonderful cousins and friends. Thank you to all those who showed her kindness and befriended her along the way.
