Lucy Isabelle Peevy, 87 of Tulsa passed away at home on Saturday, 20, October, 2018.
She was born 15 September 1931 in Clear Lake, IA to Francis and Edna Latham, the eighth of nine children.
Lucy was married to James W. Peevy. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jim Peevy; daughter in law Diana Peevy; all eight of her siblings, Betty Bowers, Fran Rutledge, Richard Latham, Helen Latham, Rosemary DeWitt, Beverly Swan, Veronica Enabnit and John Latham.
She is survived by her son, James R. Peevy and wife Patti Jo of Fulton, MO, daughter, Julia Anne Luke and husband Jeff of Calico Rock, AR; granddaughters, Natalie Thacker and husband Curt, Stephanie Mackey and husband Anthony, Nicole Kohmescher and husband Chad; her grandson Lance Luke and wife Alex; great grandchildren, Laney Thacker, Brock Thacker, Gunner Mackey, Riley Mackey, Wick Kohmescher and many Latham and Peevy nieces and nephews.
A two hour visitation is scheduled at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, October 24, 2018, Moore's Eastlawn Chapel with a celebration of her life to follow at 12 Noon, Wednesday, October 24, 2018, Moore's Eastlawn Chapel.
In lieu of flowers donation may be made to Memorial Drive United Methodist Church, 7905 E. 15th St., Tulsa, OK 74112, in memory of Lucy.
