Lynette was born in Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania, on May 9th, 1968, to Frank Hild and Romayne Zajder. She has three older brothers: Randy, Larry, and Brian. Her mother raised her, and she was confirmed in the Lutheran Church, converting to the Charismatic and Pentecostal faith in her late teens. Lynette attended Hollidaysburg Area High School, graduating in 1986. She moved to Tampa, Florida, to be near her father and brothers, marrying Mark Mulligan in 1988, and gave birth to her daughter Lauren Alleva a few years later. Lynette lived in Lakeland for most of her adult life, remarrying Chris Ruder in 2008 and helping him raise his daughter Bethany. She moved with her family to Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, a few years later, where she lived for over a decade.
She was on staff with a university, two private schools, two churches, a radiology and imaging center, and three public school systems in Florida and Oklahoma. She worked for around 30 years as a teaching assistant in both general and special education. Her hobbies and passions included interior design and remodeling, antiquing, volunteering with her local churches, and helping to raise her grandchild, John Alleva. She was particularly fond of visiting the Sarasota area beaches, a frequent travel destination throughout her life. People remember her heart for the Lord Jesus Christ, love for family and friends, compassion for others, and outgoing personality.
