Magaline "Meg" McAnelly, 91, of Sand Springs, Oklahoma, passed away on March 5th; after a short illness. Meg was born on November 27th, 1931 to Lee and Eva Rich in Stillwell, Oklahoma to a large family with nine Oklahoma

After graduating from Stillwell High School, Meg met Charles and they wed in 1951, going on to have two children, Gene and Shirley.

Meg was a homemaker until her children were grown and at that time, she decided to enter the work force, much to her husband's dismay. She first held positions in retail and later she became a housekeeper to a few Tulsa area families. She decided to fully retire in 2002. After that Meg spent her time doing what she loved best; such as chasing grandchildren, attending church and working in her yard and garden.

Meg was preceded in death by her husband Charles, her son Gene, her brother Cliff, and her sisters Opal, Geneva, Elwanda, Margie, and Lorraine. Meg is survived by her daughter Shirley Durasso. She is also survived by many loving family members which includes Her sisters Greta, Erma, and Wilma. Her grandchildren Crystal, Mike, Chuck, Josh, and Dusty. Her great-grandchildren Laci, Stephen, Tucker, Sabra, Kaelyn, Kolby, Averi, Kyler and Kannon. And her great-great-grandchildren Boston, Chandler, and Grace.

Funeral Service will be 2:00 P.M., Friday, March 10, 2023 at Memorial Park Cemetery Chapel, 5111 S. Memorial Drive, Tulsa, OK. Moore's Southlawn 918-663-2233
