Obituary
Maggie "Ann" Watkins, 87 of Tulsa passed away Monday, October 22, 2018. She was born July 24, 1931 in Tulsa, OK to W. C. and Lenora Cowan. Ann is survived by her children, Barbara McGonigal of Tulsa, Patricia Watkins of Tulsa, James Dennis Watkins and his wife Debbie of Sand Springs; 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ray Watkins in 1994; her daughter Janice Morris and her brother, William Cowan.
