MARCIA FARRIS STROUD passed away peacefully in Tulsa, OK on Sunday, October 2nd, 2016, Born on October 22nd, 1947 in Tulsa to William (Bill) M. and Louise Bayouth Farris, Marcia graduated from Nathan Hale High School in 1965 and Draughn's Business School. Marcia's extended working career included being an Executive Legal Secretary for Occidental Oil and Gas Company, a top Real Estate Agent with John Hausam Realtors and an award-winning sales representative for Yellow Book. Marcia enjoyed traveling, being with family and friends, and spending time with her granddaughters.

Marcia is survived by her loving husband Larry Stroud as well as her daughter Monica Wooten. She was preceded in death by her son Christian (BB) Wooten. Additional family members include daughter-in-law Samantha McCarty and grandchildren Alicia and Olivia Wooten of Coweta, Oklahoma. She is also survived by stepchildren Kyle Stroud and Kristen Stroud McClendon of Arkansas.

Her surviving siblings include Wadiha (Dee) Farris Gilbert and Family, M. William (Bill) Farris and Family, and Dr. Donald J. Farris.

Marcia has many family and friends who will always miss her.

A Memorial Service (Trisagion) will be held at St. Antony Orthodox Christian Church, 2645 E. 6th Street in Tulsa at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, October 5, 2016. The Funeral Service will be at 10:30 AM on Thursday, October 6 at St. Antony's followed by Interment at Rolling Oaks Memorial Gardens.
