M. John Bowers passed away Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at the age of 84. He was born in Claremore to Joe and Olive Bowers, where he was raised and graduated from high school. He worked for Rockwell Inter-national until his retirement.

John is survived by his daughter, Leslie Bowers White; son, M. John Bowers, Jr. and his wife, Shawn; and grandchildren, Jillian Bowers and Lauren White. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and one sister.

Visitation will be held 10a.m.-8 p.m., Monday, February 22, with family greeting friends from 4-8PM at Moore Funeral Home - Southlawn, 9350 E. 51st, Tulsa.
