An avid sports fan and especially OU football, where Margaret was a season ticket holder starting in 1976 until her health declined. She attended many OU football home games, along with many bowl games too. Even being from Texas, Margaret was the first to tell anyone that it was Boomer Sooner all the way!

She is survived by two brothers Charles Jr (Charlie) Bailey and Roger Bailey both of Austin, Texas.
