Margaret G Gregston was born on October 27, 1929 in Davidson, Oklahoma to Ralph and Ruth (McClung) Gilmer. She went into the more immediate presence of our Lord Jesus on August 1, 2022 in Sand Springs, Oklahoma at the age of 92. Margaret was born in Davidson, but lived in Frederick, Oklahoma with her mother after her father's accidental death. When living on her family's farm become financially challenging, she and her mother moved to Fort Worth, TX. After the war, they moved to Ryan, OK to run the telephone office. She attended several schools as a young girl and graduated from Ryan High School in 1947.

She was office manager and executive secretary at Ponca Wholesale in Amarillo, TX before moving to Tulsa, OK in 1967. She was a stay-at-home mom for several years until she decided to go back to work.

Before her retirement in 2005 from Hillcrest Hospital in Tulsa, OK, Margaret was president of the Professional Secretaries Association of Oklahoma. She was very active in her church and believed in giving of herself to others.

She married Ray Gregston in 2005 and moved to Duncan, OK, to begin again.

Margaret is survived by her three children: Charlotte G Snyder (Francis, deceased) of Charlotte, NC, David W Gibson (Bonnie) of Sand Springs, OK, and Michael H Gibson of Wynnewood, OK. She loved all 6 of her grandchildren and 16 great-children.

Margaret was preceded in death by her parents, AW (Hoot) Gibson and Richard A Gary.

Visitation will held be 6-8PM, Friday, August 5, 2022 at Moore's Southlawn, 9350 E. 51st, Tulsa, OK.
