It is with supremely grateful hearts that we announce that Heaven has received a new angel.
The MOST loved and adored wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, and friend, Margaret Jane McBrayer of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma has gone home to be with her Lord and Savior.
She is preceded in death by her parents Eugene Phillips and Betty Myers, brother Robert Phillips, sisters Mary Lou Vaughn and Shirley McClure, as well as many friends who all were there to rejoice at her arrival and welcome her at the gates.
She is survived by her beloved husband Randy of 40 years, daughter Julie and Ed Bartlett of Tulsa, daughter Karen and Tom Bannon Jr. of Broken Arrow, daughter Leah and Chad Brumbaugh of Sand Springs, grandson Marc and Justine Bartlett, grandson Cody and Ashleigh Bartlett, grandson T.j. and Kristen Bannon, granddaughter Sarah and Eyan Barry, granddaughters Emma and Ava Brumbaugh, great-granddaughter Kassie Bartlett, great-grandsons Jackson and Jason Bartlett, and great-granddaughter Kinsley Barry, as well as many other cherished family members and friends.
Born on December 14th, 1946 in Arkansas, she was a country girl to the core who enjoyed the outdoors and had an affinity for gardening. Anything flourished when touched by her hands.
Adored by too many to count, Margaret was the most loving and supportive wife, most honored and loyal friend, and most protective and cherished mother and grandmother that has ever walked this earth.
To know her was to love her, and to be truly blessed. Any time you think of her, rejoice in the knowledge that she is watching over us and anxiously awaiting our arrival while she is dancing in joy with the Lord.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, please send a donation in her name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
