Margaret Maxine (May) Parks, age 88, of Tulsa, OK, formerly of Altamont, KS, passed away on January 30, 2017. Born October 16, 1928 in Altamont, KS to the late Fred "Fritz" May and Mina May-Mosler. Margaret graduated in 1946 from LCCHS, Altamont, KS and retired in 1982 after 25 years of service at the ASCS office in Altamont, KS. She was a member of Victory Christian Center in Tulsa, OK.
Margaret is preceded in death by daughter, Marlys J. Parks; her parents; step-dad, Ralph Mosler; grandmother, Daisy Frances Woolfolk. Survivors are daughter, Virginia L. Swanwick, Dallas, TX; grandson, E. Mark Swanwick, Dallas, TX; sister, Marjorie D. Harshaw, Tulsa, OK; cousins, Donald Mourning, Altamont, KS, Daisy White and family, Coffeyville, KS, Glen Mourning and family, Viola, KS and Shirley Johnson and family, Bel Aire, KS.
Private interment will be in Altamont, Kansas. In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions in Margaret's memory be made to: God's Manifest Glory Ministries, 3900 Grapevine Mills Parkway, #2328, Grapevine, TX 76051 or RARC, 1813 N.
