Marianne Coulter Moffett, 83 of Tulsa passed away Tuesday, February 27, 2018. She was born December 17, 1934 in Tulsa, OK to Thomas and Marian Coulter. She was a secretary at the Tulsa County Courthouse. She was a member of First Christian Church and enjoyed bird watching. Marianne is survived by her children, Mark Brewer of Tulsa, Mike Brewer of Tulsa; family friend, Katy Moody; nieces, Sally McGrew and Christy McGrew. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Paul Moffett.
