Marie Newell, 92, passed into her Savior?s loving arms November 15, 2013. Born May 7, 1921 in Wainwright, OK to parents Claude O. and Hattie Arbogast. Marie was a homemaker and seamstress by trade however, her most important job in life was taking care of her family.
She was preceded in death by husband, C.L. ?John? Newell and son Mark Newell. Also preceded in death by her parents, three sisters and one brother. She is survived by son Terry Newell, Ketchum, son John Newell and wife Lavon, Broken Arrow, daughter Judi Newell- Raley, Sand Springs, daughter-in-law Kris Newell, Arkansas and daughter Denise Church and husband Dennis, Sand Springs. Also surviving grandchildren, Kari Wheeler and husband Jerry of Broken Arrow, Heather Bennett and husband Scott of Broken Arrow, Jacob Newell and wife Ginny, Joshua Newell, Jessica Staton and husband Chris all of Arkansas and Zac Church and wife Chancy, Tulsa and nine great-grandchildren. Marie was loved by all who knew her and was an inspiration to many, she will be greatly missed.
