MARILYN WOODALL 79, passed away Thursday, April 25, 2013

in Tulsa, Oklahoma..



Marilyn was born to Carroll Osterday and Marie (Heeter) Osterday on

November 29, 1933 in Dayton, Ohio.



She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Bill Woodall;

one son, Jim Bender and one brother, Charles Osterday.



Marilyn is survived by two sons, Mike Bender and wife, Jan; Don Bender

and wife, Shari. Two daughters, Dianna Allen and Beth Camp and

husband, David. Eleven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; two

brothers, John Osterday and Gilbert Osterday.



She worked for the telephone company, and as a sales clerk for Dillard?s

Department Store, several shoe stores and children?s department stores.

She was a member of Ranch Acres Baptist Church. Marilyn was a loving

daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt and

friend to many. She will be greatly missed.



Funeral Service: 10:30 a. m., Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at Ranch Acres

Baptist Church with Dr. Carl ?Woody? Sherrill officiating. Interment will

be at the Unity Cemetery in Arkadelphia, Arkansas.
