Marilynn Phillips, "Miss Boots," 75, of Claremore, OK, passed away Sunday, October 9, 2016. She was born March 12, 1941 in Springfield, MO to Clarence Malcolm and Mary Sue Scheer. She was a retired teacher and enjoyed horseback riding, music and singing. She is survived by her brothers, Malcolm Scheer of Bartlesville, OK and Rob Scheer and his wife Kathy of Tulsa, OK. Miss Boots was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Kenneth Lee Phillips.
