Mark Alan Luker of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away Friday, November 12th. His passing is heartfelt, but we find solace in the fact that he was able to leave this world the way any true cyclist would hope to: on the saddle, in the woods on a beautiful day. He was on a ride with his son, Logan. His unflappable personality, intelligence, wit and humor made him a bright spot in all our lives.
Mark, 63, is preceded in death by his father, Jack Luker of Rogers, AR. He is survived by his mother, Sara Lyon (Jimmy) of Rogers, AR; his significant other Kathy Coughlin of Tulsa, OK; his son Logan Luker (Tuesday Willemain) of Murfreesboro, TN; his sister Dana Luker (Suzan Utley) of Elkins, AR; his brother Kurt Luker (Eujeanie) of Rogers, AR; his nieces and nephew: Blakely Cawthon (Cody) and Zoey Bennett (Jacob), Jessica Wallace and Rhett Wallace; Kathy's son Rob Bright, and many step siblings, cousins, extended relatives and friends.
Mark, a talented pianist, deeply loved music and the outdoors and leaves a legacy of loyalty and dedication to his co-workers at Berendsen Fluid Power, where he was employed for 40 years.
Visitation will be Friday November 19th from 2-7 p.m. with family present from 5-7 at Fitzgerald Southwood Colonial Chapel, Tulsa, OK. A Celebration of Life is at noon Saturday, November 20th at Fitzgerald Southwood Colonial Chapel.
