Marlyn Castleberry was a dedicated Christian woman. She showed her faith through helping others, loving others and she led through example. Along with her faith she had many talents and her favorite pastime: OKLAHOMA SOONERS! Every Saturday in the fall the family would gather and watch football. She loved her Sooners! When she was not watching football, Marlyn spent time calling others and checking up on those she loved.

She was a great listener, friend and confidant. She had a wonderful sense of humor and she could make anyone laugh. She knew a little bit about everything and was a quick with a wise comment.

Marlyn's example of compassion was shown in her love of animals. Countless times a stray animal would find Marlyn and she adopted them as her own. Her deepest commitment was to her family. She was a loving mother and a loving Nana to her only grandchild.

Visitation will be 6-8 PM, Monday, January 7, 2019 at Moore's Southlawn, 9350 E. 51st, Tulsa, OK. Funeral service will be 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at Moore's Southlawn Chapel. Moore's Southlawn 918-663-2233
