Obituary

Dr. Marshall Milligan, beloved husband, father, grandfather, teacher, and biblical scholar--humble, gentle, kind, and full of grace.


Born February 14, 1925 in Parnell, Missouri. He will be forever loved and cherished
by his wife, Anna; sons David and Alan; grandchildren Anna, David, and Ashton.


Marshall proudly and honorably served our country as a Naval Officer during WWII,
earned degrees from Wheaton and University of Iowa, and continued to serve as a reserve officer. He was a professor at the University of Tulsa, inspiration and teacher to all.
Marshall was an active member of First Presbyterian Church and served as a church Deacon, Elder and Trustee.


Marshall's life would be honored by donations made to the First Presbyterian Church's local mission ministry of Tulsa and the Tulsa Jewish Community Retirement Center general fund. Services will be held at First Presbyterian Church at 3:00 P.M. on Sunday, November 8.
