Martin M. Richter of 6250 E. Latimer St., Tulsa, OK, was born on January 10, 1920 in College Point, NY, to Martin Max Richter and Anna (Kull) Richter. He was a World War II Army Air Corps veteran, holding the rank of Captain, and a Planning Supervisor for American Airlines. Mr. Richter was transferred by AA from New York to Tulsa in 1947. He was a member of Saints Peter and Paul Roman Catholic Parish and American Airlines Administrative Association. He died on Sunday, March 30, 1977, at Oklahoma Osteopathic Hospital in Tulsa, OK of pancreatic cancer. He is survived by his spouse, Betty J. Richter, of the home (died in 2007); two daughters, Annette Sue Richter of the home and Mrs. Carolyn Mehta of New Orleans, LA; a son, Robert M. Richter of Tulsa, OK; two sisters, Mrs. Billie Obenshine of Howell, N. J., and Mrs. Chris Cercone of China Lake, CA; four grandchildren; and a lifetime of friends.
