Mary Ellen Barker, 81, of Tulsa, OK, passed away Tuesday, July 30, 2019. She was born Monday, November 29, 1937, in Okmulgee, OK, to James Henry and Bessie Oklahoma (McCoy) Steen. She worked as a print press operator for W. R. Holway. She was a member of God's Church at Crowell Heights, Simple Baptist Church and the American Business Women's Association. She enjoyed adventures with her grandchildren, camping and hiking, lunch dates with her friends in Muskogee, crocheting and going on less traveled road trips. Mary Ellen is survived by her daughter, Tricia Montgomery of Owasso; her grandchildren, BriAnna Bradish and husband Michael, Zach Barker, Cheri Gagosian, Christin Lang and husband Dustin, Hannah Gagosian and husband Brandon, James Fritz; and ten great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Russell Barker; brother, James Henry Steen, Jr.
