Donna Lipe passed away peacefully on January 29, 2026. She was born Mary Donna Howard but was called Donna by friends and family. She was born in Ketchum, a small farming community to Kenneth and Blanche Howard on March 30, 1934. Donna was the last to be born and the last to die of eleven children.

Donna was married to Herman Lipe on August 10, 1963. He remained by her side throughout the decades and as her health declined. She was surrounded by family until the end. Donna is survived by six children, seven grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and three step grandchildren.

Her three daughters, mates and children from a previous marriage include: Dee Ann and David Campbell and grandson Evan Campbell; Jan Manier and grandsons Blake Rosell and Spencer Manier and great grandchildren Chelsea Roberson, Regan and Blake Rosell, Abby and Ben Manier; Robin and Jim Tilly and grandchild Christopher and step granddaughter Kelly Green. Herman and Donna had two sons and one daughter: Alan and Jennifer Lipe and step grandsons Cameron and Connor Fitschen; Laurie and Rob Glass and grandsons Garrison and Jared Glass; Jeff Lipe and granddaughter Alex Lipe.

Donna enjoyed her family and was an avid OSU sports fan, she was an active member of Harvard Avenue Christian Church Sunday School and liked watching FOX News. She was a talented quilter, winning a blue ribbon at the Tulsa State Fair.

The viewing will be held at Moore's Southlawn Chapel, 9350 E. 51st on Friday, February 6 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm.

Services will be held at Harvard Avenue Christian Church, 5502 S. Harvard on Saturday, February 7 at 1:00pm.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Harvard Avenue Christian Church Endowment in her honor.
