Mary Etta Massie, 85, passed away August 21, 2025 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Born December 11, 1939 in Muskogee, Oklahoma to Roy and Viola (Campbell) Rowley.

Mary graduated from Muskogee High School and received a degree in business banking. She retired from American State Bank.

Mary was a member of Yale Avenue Chrisitan Church of Tulsa. She enjoyed reading to the students at Tulsa Public Schools as well as traveling to Virginia and the beaches of Florida and California.

Mary is preceded in death by her parents Roy and Viola Rowley, grandparents William and Mary Campbell. She is survived by husband Gary Massie; brother Bob Rowley (Lynne) of Edmond, Oklahoma, Larry Rowley of Shawnee, John Rowley (Mary Beth) of Bartlesville; daughter Diane Brown (Tom) of Bella Vista, Arkansas, son Alan Foliart (Debbie) of Van Buren, Arkansas; stepson Greg Massie (Jackie), stepdaughter Debbie Langston; four grandchildren Adrienne Westbrook, Chris Brown, Josh Foliart, and Ryan Brown; as well as numerous great and great-great grandchildren.
Honorary pallbearers are Adrienne Westbrook, Chris Brown, Josh Foliart, Ryan Brown, Christian Westbrook, Nathan Westbrook, August Westbrook, Alison Brown, Karolyn Brown, Lucas Foliart, and Sofia Foliart.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the Celebration of Life from 1PM - 2PM on Wednesday, August 27, 2025 at Moore's Southlawn Chapel, 9350 East 51st Street, Tulsa, Oklahoma. Celebration of Life will be at 2PM.
