Matthew Jordan Thomason was born on Monday, June 7, 1982 in Tulsa to Mark and Susan Thomason. Matthew went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 26, 2022 in Tulsa. Matt had two sisters, Christan Ann and Tessa Mae.

He attended Eastwood Christian School and Greater Tulsa School. Matt earned his Associated Degree from Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida. Matt enjoyed soccer, hockey and paint ball, but music was his life. His favorite title was musician. Most recently, Matt enjoyed working at Tulsack. Matt was known to his family as the dog whisperer for the special way he had with dogs.

Matt was preceded in death by his sister, Christan Ann Thomason; grandparents, Don and Twanna Thompson, and Herman and Marjory Hester.

Matt is survived by his loving parents, Mark and Susan Thomason, sister, Tessa Mae Thomason, uncle and aunt, Terry and Linda Hester, niece, Choe Prelesnick; nephew, Devin Prelenick, cousins, Adam Hester, Lance Hester, Ryan Hester, Jessica DePado, and Meghan Galvan. He is also survived by his loyal dog, Oden and too many friends to name.
