Simons, Maxine Louise, 90 of Tulsa passed away Friday, September 22, 2017. She was born February 26, 1927 in Goodman, MS to Fred Mabry and Susie Branch. She had been a cafeteria manager for Tulsa Public Schools and a member of Christ United Methodist Church, where she was very active. She enjoyed gardening. Maxine is survived by her children, Jackie of Tulsa; Cindy of Mounds; Deborah and her husband Scott Smith of Seabrook, TX; Michael of Tulsa; Mark and his wife Teressa of Lawton; James of Tulsa; 9 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren and numerous other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, William "Bill" Simons and her son William Simons II.
