Melvin Lee Baker, 78, passed away Sunday, January 15, 2017 in Wagoner, Oklahoma. He was born to Arch and Bertha (Hughes) Baker on February 2, 1938 in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
Melvin was preceded in death by his parents; son: Bart Baker; first wife: Donna Baker; second wife: Myrtle Baker.
He is survived by caretakers: Denise O'Farrell, Preston Bolton and Tammy Leonard.
