Obituary
Tyson, Melvin James, 82 of Tulsa passed away Friday, December 19, 2014. He was born October 11, 1932 in Ramona, OK to Earl Abner and Nellie Mae Tyson. He was a carpenter and minister. Survived by wife Georgia Tyson, children Arnita Dean of Tulsa, Brenda and Larry Shade of Skiatook, Pam Barnes of Owasso, Caroline and Michael Byers of Bartlett, TX, Jackie Tyson of Tulsa, Ron and Jan Churchill of Houston, Steven and Jamie Churchill of Verdigris, 19 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren, 1 brother, 5 sisters and a host of nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by 2 brothers and 2 sisters.
