Smith, Merle Thomas, 64 of Tulsa passed away Tuesday, April 21, 2015. He was born April 7, 1951 in McAlester, OK to Melvin Merle and Elsie Marie Smith. He was retired from MRC Global as regional sales manager. He was a coin collector and enjoyed travel especially to the beach and New Orleans and also enjoyed science fiction. He is survived by wife of 38 years Christie-Ann Smith, children Christopher Thomas Smith and his wife Tiffany of Jenks, Kristina Rene' Carroll and her boyfriend Pedro Santos of Tulsa, Cody John Smith and his girlfriend Samantha Denby of Sapulpa, adopted son Sean Empey, grandchildren Lailea Faith Carroll, Ryley Flinchum, parents Melvin and Elsie of McAlester, sister Pamela Tucker of McAlester and father in law Charles Swanson. Preceded in death by 1 sister.
