Michael Sean Miller beloved husband and father passed away Wednesday April 13, 2016. He was born August 23, 1968 in Tulsa, OK. He is survived by his loving wife Donna Miller, daughter Ashley Miller, sons Peyton Bell and Carson Bell, father Ken Miller and wife Janet Miller, mother Elaine Miller, sister Laura Miller, Aunt and Uncle Sharon and Mike Bartlett, cousins Jeff and Steve Bartlett. He was preceded in death by his grandfather John Raines.

He graduated from East Central High School class of 1987 in Tulsa, OK. He went on to complete his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at Oklahoma State University in 2001. He graduated from the Tulsa Police Academy on December 6, 2002 and served the department for 14 years receiving numerous accommodations for his excellent service as an officer. Most recently he was recognized for his innovative idea of bringing police officers and the public together with "Millers Eracism".

One of his most loved passions was scuba diving. He was a member of the Police Underwater Search and Recovery team reaching the advanced open water certification. He loved the ocean and spent some of his most cherished days with his family there.
