Mike passed away early on Monday, April 30, 2018 at the age of 73, after a brief battle with cancer. He was a native of Tulsa, attended East Central High School. He worked for Sipes and Safeway grocery stores as a BUTCHER, as a BAKER for Ann's Bakery and went on to join the Candle Guild to learn candle making, proudly becoming a BUTCHER, a BAKER and a CANDLESTICK MAKER.
He was preceded in death by his father, Jack Pollock. He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Sharon; his mother Floreine Pollock; his sons Carlos, John (wife Randia), James (wife Melody), Dee J (wife Shelly); his daughters Mickey Alverson (husband Mike), Denette Jones, Kelli Angell (husband Russ), Shannon Harris, Sandy King (husband Jeff), Christi Merriman (husband Charley); his two brothers, Pat Pollock (wife Vicki), Steve Pollock (wife Dawn) and his sister Susan Graves (Husband Ed, deceased); 17 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
He enjoyed playing pool, he REALLY loved to fish but what he enjoyed the most was sharing with others, his love for his God, Jehovah and his son Christ Jesus.
Everyone enjoyed his big personality and sense of humor, he will be dearly missed!
