Obituary
Spencer, Milburn Charles "Midge", 96 of Tulsa passed away Saturday, June 10th, 2017. He was born December 18, 1920 in Pershing, OK to Charles A. and Mabel Spencer. He was a lubrication sales engineer for Sinclair Oil Company. He enjoyed gardening and traveling via automobile. Midge is survived by his son, Robert L. Spencer of Tulsa; his brother, Terry Joe Spencer and his wife Sally of Houston, TX; his sister, Joyce Stabler and her husband Paul of Tulsa. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Betty Wilcox Spencer; infant son, Paul Eugene Spencer; son, Charles F. Spencer; his brother, Hubert Spencer and his sisters, Betty Lou Berry and Nadine King.
