Born Mildred Marie Roe on June 21, 1926 in Tulsa, Oklahoma The third child to Harold and Nora Roe. Millie grew up in a loving family with two big brothers that loved their little sister. Harold, Dudley and Millie had a magical childhood growing up in 1930's and 40's Tulsa.
Mildred graduated Will Rogers High School class of 1944. Mildred began her career at Livingstone Oil Company working as a draftsman retiring in 1988 from Williams Brothers Engineering Company.
Mildred married Palmer George in 1962, having their son Randy in 1962 and daughter Karen in 1969.
Millie was preceded in death by her mother and father, two brothers and her daughter Karen in 2006. Millie enjoyed spending time with her son Randy who cared for his mother during her latter years. In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Visitation will be Tuesday, November 1, 2016 from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. with service at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, November 2, 2016 both at Moore Funeral Home - Southlawn Chapel, 9350 E. 51st St. Tulsa, Oklahoma.
